On March 28, 2024, 4-H kids traveled to McAlester, Oklahoma to compete in the district speech contest. In Middle School Avery Witt won 1st Place in Powerpoint presentation over Timber Management. Kenzie Kitchens won 7th place in Famous Person over America's Favorite Cowboy. In Elementary School, in Plant & Natural Science 1st place was Tripp Hedgecock with The History of Bees, 3rd place was Harper Witt with Trees 101, and 4th place was Rifle Murray with Grizzly Bears!
These kids did a wonderful job with their presentation!
